MTV EMA: We’ve Got You Covered (puse solo lo de TokioHotel)

Maybe it’s because we’re still waiting to hear the full list of who will be performing at this year’s EMAs in Madrid, or maybe it’s because we’ve been watching Katy Perry’s medley of Best Song nominees from last year’s show. Either way, we’ve been thinking a lot about who we would love to see perform and, more importantly, what song we’d love to hear them cover. We know the chances of this happening are slim, but, hey, it doesn’t hurt to dream. So here we go… our Top 5 Cover Songs Wish List.

2) ‘Monsoon’ – Tokio Hotel + ‘Kings And Queens’ Thirty Seconds to Mars

Okay, so we cheated. Our Top 5 is really a Top 6. But the sheer number of fans for both of these bands is staggering and their absolute loyalty to them is unfounded. So why not have them play one another’s songs? Who wouldn’t want to see a swarm of ultimate fans rushing the stage to see these tracks performed back to back? The only question left to figure out is which one you’d want to hear first.

Tal vez es porque aún estamos esperando escuchar la lista completa de los que se estarán presentando en los EMA de este año en Madrid, o tal vez es portque estamos viendo la mexcla de lso nominados a mejor canción de Katy Perry del show del año pasado. De cualquier forma, hemos estado pensando mucho sobre a quiénes nos gustaría ver presentándose y, más mportante, de qué canción nos encantaría que hicieran un cover. Sabemso que las oportunidades de que esto suceda son muy pocas, pero ¡hey!, se vale soñar. Así que aquí vamos... Nuestro Top 5 de deseos de covers.

Ok. Así que mentimos. Nuestro Top 5 en realidad es un Top 6. Pero la gran cantidad de fans de ambas bandas es impresionante y su absoluta lealtad hacia ellos es infundada. Así que ¿Por qué no tenerles a ambos tocando las canciones del otro? ¿A quién no le gustaría ver una horda de fans apresurándose al escenario para ver estas canciones presentadas espalda con espalda? La única pregunta dejada para que la resuelvan es a quién les gustaría esuchar preimero.
